Job Description
Seeking an experienced Estimator to join a rapidly growing company in Lewisville, Texas. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in preconstruction workflows, retail or prototype-driven commercial builds, and subcontractor coordination.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in preconstruction workflows
  • Previous experience within retail or prototype-driven commercial builds preferred
  • Experience using Procore in preconstruction workflows
  • Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination
  • Solicit bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers
  • Review architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings to identify scope, gaps, and risks
