Job Description
Super Steel is seeking an Estimator to join our team in the heavy metal fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring competitive and accurate pricing for materials, labor, and production processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education (GED).
  • 5 or more years of manufacturing and related experience in a heavy metal fabrication environment.
  • 3+ years experience in an estimator role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Able to confidently communicate and present facts verbally and in writing.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented critical thinker.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
