Role Overview

Project Managers must take full responsibility for the projects they are assigned to manage and must invest the time and energy to fully understand the scope and requirements of each project needed to facilitate execution to meet the project expectation.

What You Will Do

Maintain and Distribute Minutes of the Meetings, Organize and head Internal and External Kick off Meetings, Project Budget and Financial Responsibility, Manage Project document Submittals, Manage Project Deliverables Schedule, Witness and Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), Organize and Coordinate Freight from Factory, Organize and Coordinate Installation and Oversee all Site Activity, Organize and Manage Site Wiring and Crane Commissioning, Managing Customer Change Orders, Support SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), Organize O&M Manuals, Prepare Project Post Mortem Reporting and Lessons Learned, Responsible for SAP Data Entry and Management as related to the Position, Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Post secondary degree or diploma from a college, or PMP certification is preferred
  • Previous Project Management experience is required
  • Experience with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning; or related similar construction experience is required
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, and experience in drawing and document control and retention
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and well developed “people” skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to efficiently handle and administer multiple tasks on concurrently running projects, and experience in problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Advanced PC skills, including MS Project, MS Office, and other ERP systems
  • Strong technical aptitude and a desire to fully understand our products and processes
