Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in youth development or working with youth
  • Experience in girls-centered program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Working knowledge of developing relevant, engaging programming for middle school-aged girls
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, linguistic, ability, and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Experience in and enthusiasm for supporting volunteer involvement
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications
