Role OverviewThe Evaluation Coordinator will provide administrative and research support for the Evaluation and Research Team (ERT) in the Office of Child Development (OCD). The incumbent will collect and analyze data, create data visualizations, and write executive summaries. They will also maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including school staff, parents, and practitioners.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include collecting data, entering and analyzing data in software programs, managing scheduling and logistics, creating data visualizations, and providing project-wide administrative support. The incumbent will also collaborate with the supervisor and practitioners to organize and support writing of reports, prepare and administer surveys, and coordinate meetings/events.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience in interviewing and conducting focus groups, as well as experience working with young children in early childhood education settings. They must be detail-oriented and able to obtain a TB test clearance. Experience with Excel, SPSS, and Qualtrics is preferred.
