The Evaluator/Case Manager will provide case management and behavioral health screening services for individuals reentering the community from incarceration in Delaware County.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience working within the criminal justice system
  • Valid Driver's License with a reliable vehicle
  • Bilingual Preferred
