Job Description
The Opportunity: InCharge Energy is seeking an EVCS Technician to enhance service operations and contribute to ongoing growth. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical charging infrastructure, maintaining records, and coordinating with third parties. The successful candidate will receive a company vehicle and deliver exceptional service, playing a vital role in supporting the transition to electric vehicles.

Requirements

  • Diagnose and repair electrical charging infrastructure with precision
  • Maintain meticulous records for all repairs and installations
  • Ensure all services and projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
  • Proactively offer clients additional services and create warm leads for the sales team
  • Provide and maintain your own basic hand tools required for performing work on EV chargers
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Track charging infrastructure performance, provide detailed progress reports, and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism at client sites and foster strong relationships with third parties/vendors
