Job Description
The Extended Care Charge Nurse is a hybrid role combining leadership, coordination of care after hours and hands on clinical support as needed. This role provides clinical leadership and operational oversight during nontraditional business hours, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality hospice care.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Hospice or home health experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
  • Ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and make sound clinical decisions under pressure
