Role OverviewThe Evening Services Representative (ESR) is a customer service role responsible for ensuring property safety and facilities are in proper working condition. The ESR works in the evening to ensure property safety and facilities are in proper working condition, and is responsible for maximizing the value of the asset for the owner.
What You Will Do
The ESR will conduct regular property walks, secure property facilities, post notices, and assist residents using community amenities. They will also enforce community rules, document incidents, and report property damage or illegal activity.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school or GED equivalent, and at least two years of experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, and/or security services. They will be able to effectively communicate with staff, supervisors, and residents, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- High School or General Education Development (GED) equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years in hospitality, sales, customer service, and/or security services environment
- Ability to comprehend, apply, and comply with all state and fair housing laws, company policies, and business procedures
- Effective and professional communication in English with staff, supervisors, and residents through verbal, written, and Microsoft Office Suite, and use of cellular phone
