Evening Services Representative

The Evening Services Representative (ESR) is a customer service role responsible for ensuring property safety and facilities are in proper working condition. The ESR works in the evening to secure property facilities, post notices, and assist residents using community amenities.

What You Will Do

Conduct regular property walks, secure facilities, post notices, assist residents, enforce community rules, and maintain a detailed log to document and report property damage or illegal activity.

Requirements

• High School or General Education Development (GED) equivalent
