Role OverviewEvent Banquet Servers are responsible for setting up and presenting food and beverage areas, coordinating with kitchen and catering teams, and ensuring a high level of customer service. They work closely with the Event Captain and event staff to ensure smooth event execution. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
What You Will Do
Setup and presentation of food and beverage areas, coordinate with kitchen and catering teams, ensure timely prep and setup of food, handle food and beverages safely, assist with physical setup of catering and audiovisual equipment, address issues promptly, maintain customer service, and oversee breakdown and cleanup of food and beverage areas.
