Role OverviewThe Event Captain at Five Iron Golf is responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for guests, both during everyday operations and special events. This role involves managing food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and leading the execution of events to create a fun and premium atmosphere.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional service to guests, maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, and manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.

Requirements
- Prior experience in managing and/or coordinating events
- Server, bar, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
- Passion for golf and an understanding of the game’s rules are strongly encouraged
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to upsell
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location
- Meet state minimum age to bartend
