Job Description
The Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact, requiring detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

Requirements

  • Represent the Hyatt brand and make a connection with the meeting planner
  • Stay in close contact with all hotel departments to ensure all planner and hotel requests are met
  • Communicate and address concerns and opportunities with planners and help quickly find creative solutions
