Job Description
The Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact, requiring detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.
Requirements
Represent the Hyatt brand and make a connection with the meeting planner
Stay in close contact with all hotel departments to ensure all planner and hotel requests are met
Communicate and address concerns and opportunities with planners and help quickly find creative solutions
