Job Description
The Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact, handling and addressing special needs or requests in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Present a professional appearance and confidence
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time and lift a moderate amount of weight as needed
Extremely detailed orientated and organized
Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics
Ability to work a flexible schedule
