Role OverviewThe Event Concierge is a highly visible role that handles and addresses special needs or requests during conferences, meetings, events, weddings, and other group and event business held at the hotel. The position requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

Provide seamless, on-site support to meeting & event planners, address guest needs, anticipate and resolve potential problems, and exceed expectations.
