Event Concierge

The Events Concierge at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is the liaison between the Events Manager and the on-site events/meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

What You Will Do

Serve as the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests for on-site events and meetings. Liaise between the Events Manager and the event/meeting contact.

Candidates must have excellent communication and organization skills, with previous catering or event experience strongly preferred. Open schedule availability is required, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves considerable walking and standing across over 60,000 sq ft of meeting space.
