Job Description
Event Concierge is a highly visible position that requires detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details. The role involves representing the Hyatt brand, communicating with meeting planners, and ensuring that all requests are met.
Requirements
Represents the Hyatt brand and makes a connection with the meeting planner
Stays in close contact with all hotel departments
Communicates with the Events Department to ensure smooth operations
Checks event space and compares to event orders prior to planner arrival
Communicates and addresses concerns and opportunities with planners
