Job Description
The Event Concierge is a liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact, requiring detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

Requirements

  • Represent the Hyatt brand and make a connection with the meeting planner to ensure a positive image.
  • Stay in close contact with all hotel departments to ensure all planner and hotel requests are met.
  • Communicate with the Events Department to ensure operations are running smoothly.
  • Check all event space and compare to event orders prior to planner arrival to ensure everything is ready exactly as desired.
  • Communicate and address concerns and opportunities with planners and help find creative solutions.
