Job Description
The Event Concierge is a part-time position that requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details, and involves handling and addressing any group or guest needs and requests.
Requirements
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Multi-tasking, great organizational skills
Staying calm under pressure
Upbeat and positive attitude
Outgoing nature – likes to interact with others
Quick to make personal connections
Exceptional communication, detail, and follow-through
Ability to push and/or pull a loaded cart weighing approximately 100 pounds
Ability to lift and move approximately 50 pounds
Ability to bend/squat/kneel/climb/reach on a daily basis
Ability to stand and walk on a continuous basis
Ability to utilize basic office equipment (for example: fax, copier, telephone and computer)
Able to work rotating shifts – not limited to nights, weekends and holidays
