Requirements
Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events, conferences, and trainings
Coordinate timelines, production schedules, resources, and deliverables
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, room setups, audiovisual needs, catering, travel, lodging, and shipping of materials
Source, contract, and manage relationships with vendors
Develop, track, and manage event budgets
Process invoices, track expenses, and complete post-event financial reconciliation
