Requirements

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events, conferences, and trainings
  • Coordinate timelines, production schedules, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, room setups, audiovisual needs, catering, travel, lodging, and shipping of materials
  • Source, contract, and manage relationships with vendors
  • Develop, track, and manage event budgets
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and complete post-event financial reconciliation
