Role OverviewThe Event Manager will lead event operations across premier Dallas-area Sports & Entertainment venues, working directly with the Account Manager to oversee event day operations, lead front-line security personnel and supervisors, and deliver exceptional safety and guest experiences.
What You Will Do
The Event Manager will serve as the operational lead for smaller events, supervise event-day execution, lead staff sign-in/sign-out processes, and coordinate accurate post-event payroll, time processing, and billing data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports/Entertainment Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of guest and event services experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Ability to obtain FEMA Certifications (100b, 200b, 700a, 800b, 901) and IAVM Trained Crowd Manager certification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with basic accounting/budget oversight principles
