Job Description
Plaid is seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to join their rapidly growing marketing team. The role focuses on tradeshows, including logistics, booth management, and coordination, to enhance Plaid's visibility at major events. The coordinator will collaborate with Revenue, Product Marketing, Communications, and Design teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in field marketing, tradeshow coordination, or event marketing
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading logistics for tradeshows
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfortable managing external partners and negotiating contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com, Salesforce, and event platforms
  • Ability to travel and work in fintech/highly regulated environments
