Job Description
We are seeking an Event Marketing Manager to develop and own Hallmark's event marketing strategy, including a recommended portfolio of live, virtual, and hybrid events aligned to target audiences and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, tradeshow coordination, or event management
  • Strong understanding of event-driven demand generation and ROI measurement
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Confident, polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong financial management and vendor negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly in live event environments
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodation
