Role OverviewHost events and parties at a Michaels store, providing a fun and engaging experience for guests. Deliver excellent customer service, manage events, and maintain store recovery standards.
What You Will Do
Plan and coordinate events, engage with clients, demonstrate craft projects, and facilitate party add-ons. Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences, assist with Omni channel processes, and participate in daily store cleanliness activities.

Requirements
- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
