Role Overview

The Event Planning Lead supports the Sales and Events teams by coordinating and administering processes to ensure meetings, events, and group business are planned and executed smoothly. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients, sales leadership, and hotel departments.

What You Will Do

Prepare and maintain contracts, proposals, correspondence, and meeting documentation. Enter and track group and event details in Envision Sales systems. Coordinate details with hotel operating departments and manage client and internal inquiries.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Previous experience in hotel sales, meetings, events, or hospitality coordination is preferred. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
