Event Planning Manager - $62K to $72K - Benefits after 30 days!

Requirements

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the planning process
• Conduct pre-planning meetings with confirmed clients
• Develop detailed event orders, room diagrams, menus, and guestroom pick-up management
• Collaborate closely with sales, culinary, banquets, audiovisual, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
• Manage client expectations while proactively resolving issues and responding to requests
• Ensure all event details, billing, and contractual obligations are accurate and completed on time
• Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintain knowledge of current event trends, hospitality standards, and market competition
• Support revenue goals by identifying upselling opportunities for food & beverage, guest rooms, and additional services
