Job Description
Join our Events team as a Remote Event Planning Manager at Hyatt Regency New Orleans, where unforgettable experiences come to life at one of the city’s most iconic hotels.
Requirements
Serve as the primary planning contact for assigned sales-booked group events
Act as the liaison between meeting planners and hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution
Administer and manage sales agreements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations
Generate additional revenue through strategic upselling of banquet food and beverage, meeting space, and ancillary services
Effectively sell Hyatt Regency New Orleans services, both on-property and through 1718 Events offsite
Partner closely with an on-property Event Planning Manager for each assigned program
Turn over a fully detailed and accurate event program to the on-site team
Maintain ongoing communication throughout the event to manage changes and client requests
