Job Description
The Event Planning Manager is responsible for servicing hotel services to group business clients, acting as a liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff, and ensuring smooth execution of events. The role requires exceptional performance, refined verbal and written communication skills, and a true desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • A minimum 2 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Prefer two years hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
  • Prefer candidate has completed PSS or equivalent training
