The Event Planning Manager will service Sales and Social/Wedding bookings, acting as liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff, and overseeing event execution.

Requirements

  • Administering Sales agreements
  • Detailing Food, Beverage and A/V needs
  • Managing room blocks and pick up
  • Billing instructions
  • Final reviews
  • Two years hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge
