Event Planning Manager

The Event Planning Manager is responsible for servicing Group Sales bookings and acting as a liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff. This role requires administering Sales agreements, detailing event needs, and managing room blocks and billing instructions.

Requirements

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum of 1-year hotel event sales/event planning, or a minimum 1 year hotel management experience required.
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
• Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
