Job Description
Cheyenne Mountain Resort is seeking an Event Planning Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of group activities. The role requires a strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements

  • Establish and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients
  • Attain service scores related to client satisfaction
  • Respond to client exit interviews and meeting planner evaluations
  • Communicate with clients via telephone contact, written correspondence, and in person
  • Maintain client files and ensure all information is complete, accurate and distributed in a timely manner
