Job Description
Informa is seeking an ambitious Event Registration Associate to join their Event Operations team in Kansas City. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive management of requests, answering inquiries, and providing information to attendees. The associate will serve as a liaison between the event groups and customers, as well as assist in quality control and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
  • Tech-savvy with 1-3 years of experience in CRM or Registration Systems
  • Ability to manage multiple inboxes and phone lines
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in customer data entry
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
