As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and servicing the local event market, planning group bookings, and managing events from start to finish. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel sales, event management, catering, or a related hospitality role
  • Proven ability to manage events from contract to execution, including planning, coordination, and on-site oversight
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, contracting, upselling, and client relationship management
  • Experience working with group, social, corporate, and/or catering events
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client and planner relationships
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Culinary, AV, and Revenue Management teams
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
