Role OverviewThe Event Services (Banquet) Supervisor oversees banquet operations to ensure high service standards and deliver memorable guest experiences. They supervise teams during events and high-volume periods, making real-time adjustments to guarantee smooth and efficient execution.
What You Will Do
The Event Services (Banquet) Supervisor will lead event setup, service, and breakdown, conduct pre-shift meetings, assign tasks, and verify completion of side work and setup responsibilities. They will also oversee service flow, partner with Culinary, and ensure all events are executed according to Event Services (Banquet) Event Orders.
