Job Description
Located on the shores of Lake Washington, the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport is a recent AAA Four Diamond and Best of Housekeeping award winner. The Event Services Manager is responsible for effectively monitoring the daily functions of the Events Department, including providing support and guidance to the banquet team, catering, and convention services. The role requires leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Leadership and management experience in a hotel or food and beverage environment
  • Previous experience as an Event Services Manager/Assistant, Event Services Captain, or Event Services Supervisor preferred
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge
  • Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail
  • Hotel experience and thorough understanding of all levels of banquet service
