Event Setup Houseperson

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking a Part-Time Event Setup Houseperson to join the Event Setup team. This role works closely with Event Planning and Event Services teams to bring event visions to life. The position is part-time and based at the hotel.

What You Will Do

Set up and break down all meeting spaces with tables, chairs, water, and other equipment. Adapt and pivot to client requests and changes in a fast-paced environment. Follow detailed instructions while maintaining attention to detail.

Previous experience in Event Setup or Banquets is preferred. The role offers an hourly rate of $17.50-$18.03 plus additional compensation from event-based service charges and gratuities.

Requirements

• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM, PM, and overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Previous experience in Event Setup and/or in Banquets is preferred
