Provide administrative support to a team of Event Planning and Event Sales Managers, including answering phones, maintaining systems, creating leads, presentations, proposals, and contracts, and coordinating client needs.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications or ability to learn new computer programs
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Luxury hospitality knowledge and/or administrative support experience is preferred
