Join us for an incredible opportunity to bring group events to life as our Area Event Planning (Catering) Manager for the Hyatt Regency Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, and Grand Hyatt Seattle! The primary focus is servicing Sale bookings and acting as a liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff.

Requirements

  • Administer Sales agreement
  • Detail Food, Beverage and A/V needs
  • Manage room blocks and pick up
  • Billing instructions and final review
  • On-site contact for smooth execution of all events
