Job Description
The Kingston Resorts is seeking an Events & Catering Administrative Assistant to assist and support Catering & Event Managers in planning and prioritizing duties, communicating with clients, and managing programs in booking systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in events and/or catering is a plus!
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize a heavy workload
