Job Description
The Kingston Resorts is seeking an Events & Catering Administrative Assistant to assist and support Catering & Event Managers in planning and prioritizing duties, communicating with clients, and managing programs in booking systems.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PPT)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Prior experience in events and/or catering is a plus!
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a heavy workload
