The Sales, Events & Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Sales, Events, Planning and Marketing Managers, including inquiry management, proposals, and generating contracts. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, and prior customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Administrative support to the Sales, Events, Planning and Marketing Team
  • Organizing internal bookings
  • Answering phones while in the office and providing guidance to clients
  • Assisting Event Managers with incoming leads
  • Effective management of small meetings, under 10 guests
  • Prepare group resumes and event orders
  • Positive collaboration with hotel departments and vendors
