Job Description
To be fluent in all evisceration production work on a rotation basis, perform all positions on the line in evisceration, and participate as a member of the team.

Requirements

  • Performs all positions on the line in evisceration
  • Participates as a member of the Team
  • Attends appropriate team meetings
  • Fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues
  • Identify areas that lack cohesiveness and bring them to the attention of the team leader
  • Maintains familiarity with Simmons' established operating systems
  • Communicates concerns and improvement ideas
  • Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives
