Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mid Shift EVS Manager at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX. As an EVS Manager, you will be responsible for managing the associates in the Environmental Services department with the oversight of the Unit Director.
What You Will Do
Participate in staff selection process, interview candidates as needed, schedule days off, holidays and vacations, assign personnel to established work areas or project duties, conduct quality assurance checks, manage materials inventory, and provide individual guidance and motivation to staff.
