Job Description
Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Environmental Services Supervisor at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. The supervisor will assist in the supervision of an assigned hospital Environmental Services Department and establish work standards, monitor inventory/equipment usage, and provide training to Department Staff.

Requirements

  • Participate in all in-services for Environmental Services Department
  • Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties
  • Conducts quality assurance checks and manages materials inventory as well as general use of equipment
  • Ensure that staff receives proper initial training in assigned areas and tasks
  • Provide individual guidance and motivation to staff to enable each one to perform to his/her fullest potential
  • Maintain an environment that is in sanitary, attractive and orderly condition
  • Demonstrate and promote Xanitos’ culture, values, and management philosophy
