Role OverviewAssist Director in maintaining a high-quality standard by keeping him/her informed on the condition of all assigned areas and by training, supervising, and motivating the Environmental Services personnel.
What You Will Do
Operate and handle all types of floor care equipment safely, supervise and motivate Environmental Services personnel, and ensure all scheduled tasks are completed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous supervisory experience in the housekeeping/Environmental Services field is preferred, and the ability to read and write, follow oral and written instructions, and communicate effectively is required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Some college experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience in the housekeeping/Environmental Services field preferred
