Role OverviewThis is a full-time EVS Tech II position at Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital, part of Northwestern Medicine. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining patient rooms, offices, and public areas to support a patient-first healthcare environment. The schedule is 3:30p to 12a with every other weekend rotation.
What You Will Do
Clean and sanitize patient rooms, offices, treatment rooms, and public areas daily, including trash removal, changing bed linens, and surface disinfection. Stock supplies, maintain equipment, follow infection control protocols, and communicate issues to supervisors. Provide customer service to patients and visitors, using service recovery skills to resolve problems.
