Job Description
The Account Coordinator position plays an integral role in our customer's onboarding and ongoing success, educating customers on AssuriCare's products and features.

Requirements

  • Answer inbound calls to assist and educate callers on the utilization of AssuriCare's services
  • Gather information from callers and complete accurate data entry
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
  • Independently process caller requests accurately and promptly in AssuriCare's proprietary system
