Role OverviewThe Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join our team as a CFE Exam Program Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to the security, quality, and integrity of the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Exam program.

You will monitor exam administration activities, investigate potential security breaches and candidate misconduct, analyze exam performance data for suspicious trends, and implement policies and procedures that uphold industry standards.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in investigations, compliance, risk, certification/exam administration, fraud, security, or another role requiring similar analytical judgment.
- Degree in a related field a plus.
- Knowledge of certification industry best practices and accreditation standards strongly preferred.
- Prior security or compliance-related experience a plus.
- Proven skills in problem solving, analyzing data, building reports, attending to detail, presenting findings, organizing work, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Skilled in collaborating with internal and external resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deescalate situations with a professional attitude, patience, and tact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel), Salesforce, and Salesforce reporting.
