Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our underground utility construction team. This position is focused on supporting pipe crews by safely and efficiently operating excavators for the installation of storm, sanitary sewer, and water utility systems.
What You Will Do
Operate hydraulic excavators safely and efficiently on underground utility projects. Excavate trenches for storm, sanitary sewer, and water main installation. Work safely around existing utilities while maintaining proper trench dimensions and grades.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of excavator operating experience in heavy civil construction
- Required experience working directly with underground utility pipe crews
- Experience excavating for storm, sanitary sewer, and water utility installation
- Ability to read grade stakes and follow construction layout
- Strong understanding of trench safety and excavation best practices
- Ability to work safely around underground utilities and personnel
