Job Description
The Excellence Team Manager provides leadership and supervision to a team of staff who support the Services & Programs Division. The role focuses on building a cohesive, engaged team; monitoring and supporting individual staff performance; and ensuring services are delivered in a consistent, high-quality, and coordinated manner aligned with organizational standards.

  • Knowledge of management, supervision and training practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of social service systems and supports
  • Ability to manage training and mentoring of staff
