Job Description
The Excellerate Electrician I is responsible for electrical assemblies and installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a company that cares about leading the way in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
  • Ability to layout conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders
  • Analyzes blueprints effectively
  • Ensures all projects are built to specifications and accuracy expectations
  • Cleans and maintains workstation, tools and manufacturing environment
  • Consistently follows workplace safety procedures and ensures manufacturing crews are working safely according to company policies
  • Analyzes upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training needed to complete work in a safe manner
  • Provides technical assistance to other team members as needed
  • Provides direction, training, and mentorship to General Assemblers/Apprentices
  • Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections
  • Works as a member of a cohesive team while demonstrating ability to work without direct supervision
  • Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Faith Technologies Inc, and customer-specific safety requirements
